- Working with central team for driving operations

- Strategy & Planning for Target setting and achievement milestone setting

- Tracking and analyzing data on daily basis for target achievement

- Team handling

- Liasioning with Banks for Approvals Disbursements

- Facilitate end-to-end operations of Loan (Login-Disbursement-Payout-RC Transfer)

- Ability to withstand pressure
