Spime Technologies - Co-Founder/Director - Sales & Marketing

Experience: 5-15 Years experience in BD/Sales & marketing functions.

Qualification: B Tech (ECE/EEE/EIE/IT/CSE) & MBA from Premier institutes

- We are looking for an ambitious Co-Founder cum Director - Sales and Marketing

- Shall be full-time board Director.

- Equity will be given to the company and the accumulated salary shall be paid once the company has positive cash flow.

- Strong executive presence, good customer skills and an extrovert personality.

- Should be able to generate new business in IoT based Smart Water/Energy meters, Software projects, eSCADA systems & smart technology in Govt & PSU tenders.

- Should be able to find new business opportunities, qualify new opportunities, and close new business.

- The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, has a drive to win, achieve results despite hurdles, rejection, is persuasive and have the drive to win over the competition.

- Ability to effectively maintain, coordinate, prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet strict deadlines & handle pressure.

- Shall be proactive, excellent in Liaisoning & PR and a go-getter.

- Proven experience in building and managing teams and motivating them to achieve their respective goals & targets.

- Head Sales & Marketing verticals work against monthly & annual revenue targets.

- Experience in IoT Projects, Software projects, eSCADA system etc., in Govt & PSU tenders.
