About the Role : CTO / Co-Founder

- Spime Technology Pvt. Ltd., is hiring for the role of CTO who will Head the Technology vertical and work against project deliverables.

- The CTO should provide technical direction for the design, development and system integration in the area of IoT/AI/ML/Block Chain Solution development from definition phase through implementation in a start-up environment.

- The CTO Shall get the Equity in the company and the accumulated salary shall be paid once the company has positive cashflow.

- The CTO should assist in the evaluation of new solutions for integration into the IoT/AI/ML/Block Chain

- The CTO should be able to design, develop new solutions as per industry and business needs.

- Ability to effectively maintain, coordinate, prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet strict deadlines & handle pressure.

- Shall be proactive, Proven experience in building and managing teams and motivating them to achieve their respective goals & targets.

The ideal candidate will also have the following skills, knowledge, and abilities, including but not limited to:

Technical Competencies:

- Experienced in managing delivery across a breadth of technical domains - DEEP TECH Java, Python, C#, etc.

- Good understanding of Embedded Systems, IoT/AI/ML/Block Chain.

- Good understanding of device provisioning and protocols

- Good understanding of sensor to gateway / cloud connectivity solutions.

- Understanding of cloud-based systems like GCP/AWS/Azure etc.

- Good knowledge and experience with Big Data and DevOps tools.

- Experience of managing systems with scale and large data sets.

- Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed systems

- Familiar with Agile product development methodology

- Ability to effectively communicate and influence both technical and non-technical customers.

- Strong technical troubleshooting and performance analyzing on issues during the implementation / support.

- Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly absorb customer requirements and translate into technical solutions.

- Staying on top of technology trends and development, across the globe.

- Support the Sales Team as the Technical Lead in pre-sales consultation meetings and leads the overall technical solution in customer support.

- Work with different clients/stakeholders/ departments of company to collect their software development requirements & pass on to the project developers team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- B Tech (ECE/EEE/EIE/IT/CSE/MEC) Premier institutes, M Tech / MBA or other relevant post graduate degree is a plus

- Should have 3-6 year's experience in Product development in M2M / IoT Domain.

- Overall experience of 15+ years in technological role. At least 10+ Years of experience in Information Technology arena.

- Knowledge and experience with big data technologies and cloud based solutions.

- Knowledge of device communication protocols, device management.
