Talent Acquisition Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the busines stakeholders to understand the business talent needs & requisites
- Devise a hiring plan to deliver the business requirements in-line with the defined talent processes
- Managing the entire gamut of recruitment processes ; planning, driving hiring campaigns, sourcing solutions, facilitating the interview process, closing the feedback loops, offer negotiations, offer approvals & offer release, closing the vacancy & assisting with the pre-onboarding process, document verification for background verification.
- Manage the staffing requirements within the assigned budget allocations
- Will be responsible for Vendor/Contract Management along with managing the related processed for "Contract to Hire" Conversions
- Responsible for actively sourcing, building & maintaining a network of potential candidates, assess fitment to contribute to high offer to interview ratios
- Manage cost effective methods to fulfil the hiring needs ; Recruiting tool, contracts with agencies, job boards etc.
- Maintain the hiring reports & assess the hiring metrics to manage the process effectively
- Participate in hiring Reviews & calibrate with the hiring managers & business leaders to improve the hiring rates
- Actively engage in hiring initiatives from time to time
- Ensure personal & organizational compliance with local legislation, HR policies and any other data privacy requirements to adhere to compliance standards
Background:
- A Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of steady Recruitment experience in a high performing global organization. Consulting experience would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in complete recruitment lifecycle including job briefing, active sourcing, scheduling, candidate outreach, offer closure
- Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies, techniques & platforms including use of digital & social media
- Strong end-to-end process thinking with experience in managing multiple projects & stakeholder management
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong Customer mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders (both internal & external)
- Self-driven, eye for detail, data oriented, inclusive, energetic, willing to take on challenges, open to explore new ideas & suggestions
