Spend Analytics Role - Legal Domain - Law Firm

Spend Analytics role  

- Ensure billing accuracy, mapping to specific legal matters, ensure that discounts were applied per contracts

- Optimize billing discounts, workflow and processes

- Reconciliation of billing, payments and ensure timeliness of payments

- Data management to drive analytics and reporting

- Generate savings through consolidation, negotiation, data analytics and process optimization

- Experience in procurement, corporate spend analysis and optimization

- Experience in legal vendor management, law firm expense management and eBilling for US firms

- Analytical bent of mind

- Able to read, comprehend and make logical conclusions from the data

- Expertise in excel, PPT etc.

- Power BI knowledge an added advantage

- Good communication skills

- Prefer prior experience with investment banking or law firm (international law firm exposure)

- Prefer experience with Bodhala and Simple Legal software
