Position- Specifications Manager

 Experience - 7 to 10 years.

Education - Graduate & MBA.

Position Reporting To- Business Head

Reportees: 2/3 people to report

Job Description:

- Responsible for specifying of products through Architects /Interior Designers / PMC.

- Responsible for building and maintaining a very high level of relationship with the Architects / PMCs

- Coordinate with respective teams / individuals in the region and ensure defined growth in specifications.

- Excellent Skills (not working knowledge) with PowerPoint

- Excellent Communication Skills for product presentation to Architects and PMCs

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in the Building Material industry a must.

- Hard Core experience in managing and building relationships with KEY INFLUNCERS - Architects/ Interior Designers / Project Management Consultants
