Specification Manager - Lighting & Control Products

Xperia Executive Search LLP has been retained by a Market leading Multinational Company in lighting and control products to identify Specification Manager (Pan India) for Delhi/Mumbai location.

Qualifications and Experience

- Preferable master's in business management with 12+ years of experience

- Experience in Corporate Interior Fit out is a MUST

Role and Responsibilities:

- To plan and deliver budgeted specification tarets for corporate interior fit out projects

- Assist in development of current and long-term organizational goals and objectives aswell as policies and procedures.

- Business development to be done on ground level & there has to be a relationship/ solution driven approach for the AID community and End Clients

- Specifications for different Industries- Commercial, Hospitality, Airports.

- Clientele - Designers, corporate real estate connections, PMC, others at actual.

- To be an ambassador for the company to communicate all the initiatives, changes, and expectations of the organization to the market. Also understand the expectations of the market and communicate the same to senior management for taking timely actions.

CTC : Offered would be best in the industry.
