Specialist - UK Payroll - IT

UK Payroll Specialist - (Who can join Within a Month) (3-15 yrs)

- Responsible for day to day processing and running of payroll so that changes to employee are accurately recorded and paid. Also provides first line support to HR managers and employees across the business, responding to basic Payroll queries and signposting employees to policies, procedure and specialist advice from other members of the team.

- Act as the primary responsible for UK processing payroll.

- Coordinate and manage the payroll process for the Organization.

- Prepare and run the required payroll reports to support the company's accounts.

- Check and audit all payrolls to ensure legislative and compliance adheres.

- Ensure that company benefit programs, i.e., medical care, pensions, bonuses, etc. are managed efficiently and effectively.

- Balance monthly accounts and submit reports.

- Responsible for payroll reconciliation and analyze the variances to fix them

- Respond to and resolve queries from employees and other stakeholders in a timely manner.

- Research and reconcile the errors in payroll for the assigned Business units.

- Knowledge of processing timesheets.

- Will be required to submit management reports, and liaise with HR staff regarding new appointments, terminations, and other relevant matters.

- Efficiently manage and administer the payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed linked to each process

- Develop and maintain appropriate systems and procedures as required.

- Work closely with team members in order to complete the job within SLA

Education and experience requirements :

- B. Com, MBA (Finance) with relevant payroll processing experience

- Experience on ADP/ Workday application is preferred.

- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Good communication and attention to detail.

- Ability to work to deadlines and employee service focus
