Total Rewards Specialist
Market Analysis / Total Cash Analysis:
- Design compensation guidelines in line with company strategy. Use market data to support management with compensation decisions;
- Based on internal compensation analysis propose compensation adjustments to support internal equity & market competitiveness;
- Analyze the competitiveness of companies compensation policies vs. market and recommends changes;
- Educate HR & Line managers on compensation topics
Job Evaluations:
- Support HRBPs/management in reviewing job descriptions;
- Use job evaluation methodology to evaluate the jobs for management review and approval;
- Maintain the Bridgestone Job Catalogue and proposes changes where/if necessary
- Annual Performance & Rewards Cycle:
- Manage the Annual compensation review process by setting time lines and coordinating with other functions to get the required data on time. Recommend system enhancements where/if necessary;
- Manage preparation of communication materials to end-users, managers, etc.
- Review process and data to continuously improve compensation program design & system set-up.
Recognition:
- Review changes required in the program based on feedback.
General:
- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys& analyzing the results
- Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field
- Apply effective communication strategies to support various total rewards programs
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Conduct periodic process audits to recommend improvements
