Technical Expertise:

- Demonstrated understanding of the Electric Vehicle Industry in India, encompassing Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Tier 1 Suppliers, and Tier 2 Suppliers.

- Proficient knowledge of high-level components such as Motors, Controllers, Batteries, Chargers, etc.

Sales/Business Development Proficiency:

- Proven experience working on the supplier side, specifically dealing with components and selling to OEMs.

- In-depth involvement in deals associated with Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) cost negotiations.

- Basic account handling for OEMs to ensure effective business relationships.

Market Insight:

- Acquired knowledge of recent policies influencing EV sales.

- Familiarity with challenges related to localization and imports from China.

Additional Qualifications: Extensive involvement in production-linked volume projects, demonstrating the ability to manage projects with a scale of 100,000 units per year.
