2. Proven experience of 3 to 6 years in technical implementation, software deployment, or customer support for SaaS solutions.
3. Strong understanding of SaaS concepts, web technologies, and API integrations.
4. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions quickly.
5. A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.
6. Solid organizational skills to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and deliver within defined timelines
