Job Description :
- Drive the Talent Management Cycle for India and partner with HR teams in all locations to ensure effective performance & development discussions and action implementations are done in the organization.
- Design and implement Organizational Development interventions across Divisions along with BU/ Functional heads and HR Business partners and track effectiveness and progress of these interventions
- All TM based reports as and when required
- Database for Cross moves and fluctuation
- Diversity Dashboard updation on Quarterly basis
- Support implementation of all global TM initiatives
- Drive / support country-wide HR strategy projects
- Drive LMS implementation across locations and play a role of LMS country coordinator
- Support in L&D in organising Leadership Architecture training programs
