Exposure to OD is preferable. - Anchor and implement BU level HR solutions in the areas of Talent Development &amp; Management, Org Design, L&amp;D and Talent Analytics - Work closely with L&amp;D Consultants and BU HR to establish alignment and manage stakeholders from business Create and sharetalent analytics and progress reports - Change Management initiatives for projects like Crossfit etc - Maintain working knowledge of best practices, cutting-edge technologies, and processes in organization development to determine new approaches to client needs - Drive Diversity and inclusion related initiatives, including managing differences.
