Talent Management Specialist for one of the Leading IT Solutions MNC
- Role is responsible for talent management activities for technology businesses
- Works with the Talent Transformation & OD Head, business managers to execute the talent plan for the businesses and ensure the businesses achieve the talent index targets
- Lead the implementation of talent classification and talent pipeline development for the workforce at the BU .
- Lead talent practices policies with a positive outcome on fairness and transparency , dev & grow and career progression.
- Lead the implementation of job architecture framework for the technology business groups.
- Maintain the role skills inventory and update periodically.
- Map Skill based rewards with the help of the TR team and consultants
- Work with business managers, HRBP to ensure a fair and transparent PMS inline with the organization approach on PMS .
- Identify gaps and implement the action plan
- Internal Resource Mobilization
- Manage internal resource mobilization basis inputs from the TA team and Talent pipeline
- Analyze talent data and publish dashboards and reports with inferences for the technology business groups.
