Talent Management Specialist

Job Specific Information:

Title: Talent Management Specialist


Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon

Function: HUMAN RESOURCES

Purpose Statement

- We are looking for a high-energy individual who is passionate about talent management to join our team. Work closely to provide consultation and input regarding the design, development, implementation, and execution of the company's talent strategy.

- Focus on initiatives to position India as an "Employer of Choice" across wide array of forums and platforms and build our company's brand internally and externally.

- The talent management specialist will work closely with Country HR, Talent Management leader and business stakeholders to support talent review/succession planning, DE&I, One Business Culture, Campus Engagement, Employer Branding and all talent interventions.

- This will be an exciting opportunity to help company build a diverse workforce of future leaders aiding the overall delivery of talent management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Employer Branding - drive employer branding strategy for our organisation in India; Promote our employment brand on social media platforms

- Build, Drive & Maintain University Relations for One Business India - ROOTS for meticulous execution and engagement

- Serve as the Campus Relations representative for our company and at assigned colleges, universities and forums including conferences

- Own the full-time rotation programs for campus hires including program management, assignment rotation, stint reviews, performance appraisal etc.

- Work with functional team leads/champions to identify opportunities to promote our employment brand on university campuses with leader's guest lectures, case study competitions, hackathons

- Executes the delivery of talent management process - Talent review and succession planning; Maintains rigor in talent review and succession planning, ensuring leadership bench, DE&I, talent analytics

- Support in India led Talent management programs -Assessment & Development centers, assessment & development planning for India Rising Leaders - high potentials, people manager capability

- Drives program execution that support internal talent development of select categories along with delivery of succession plans

- Supports the talent management leader in organizational design and effectiveness, change management, Culture initiatives whilst working closely with Regional & Global HR teams

- Maintains database of talent solutions, tracks progress of interventions, regular report outs for displaying key talent metrics outcome of interventions succession planning, diversity ratios in development programmes, diversity in succession pipelines, diversity ratios at Supervisory & manager levels

- Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools & processes.

Basic Qualifications:

- MBA in HR or related discipline

- 4-6 years of experience, with prior experience working in Talent Management vertical

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to communicate and influence effectively across stakeholder group

- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail
