Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Venture Capital Firm

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Leading VC Firm based out of #Bangalore.

The role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have :

- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

- A rich exposure in talent recruitment specially Non-Tech hiring.

- Prior experience of working in a Leading Executive Search Firm.

- Strong Analytical Skills, Structured Mindset and Attention to detail.

- Maturity to work with senior stakeholders.
