Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Company delivers analytics solutions that generate revenues, reduce costs and accelerate digital transformation for communication service providers (CSPs) across various geographies. We focus on specific domains including roaming, fraud and network security intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with hiring managers to understand their needs and drafting job descriptions that attract the right talent pool

- Drive and enhance various recruitment programs for our global operations while streamlining the existing processes

- Lead initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team

- Sourcing candidates through traditional and unique channels

- Managing relationships with and submissions from staffing partners

- Screening and evaluating quality resumes

- Liaising with candidates, third-party recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to schedule phone and on-site interviews

- Updating and tracking candidate details and interview feedback using our Applicant Tracking System

- Coordinating pre-employment screening, including candidate reference checks

- Supporting a seamless and informative on-boarding experience for new hires

- Assisting with ad hoc HR projects as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile :

5 - 7 Overall exp

- 3-6 years of experience in a technical recruiting role in an in-house or agency setting

- A degree from a premier college

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- The ability to work cohesively with other departments and navigate ambiguous situations

- The ability to build relationships, trust, and mutual respect with all stakeholders and Company's employees at large

- Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivation, flexibility with the ability to re-prioritize at any moment, a preference for finding the best solutions (not necessarily the easiest) to problems of all sizes

- Proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
