Talent Acquisition Specialist -Non IT

Responsibilities :
- Enhance great candidate experience during the hiring process by engaging candidates
- Come up with strategies which enable better efficiency at each stage of the hiring
- Engaging with recruitment partners by providing detailed information and making them understand about INCREFF's hiring standard and processes
- Working closely with multiple teams and hiring managers
- Keep yourself up-to-date by doing market research about the industry standard and best practices
- Coordinate with candidates and recruitment partners and schedule interviews and follow up post offers till the time of joining
- Building a great employer brand by promoting culture and benefits of INCREFF
- Being sensitive to the confidentiality of information related to candidates and employees
Requirement :
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Non-IT hiring preferably for start-ups/ product companies
- B.tech/ MBA graduates
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of application tracking system
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to walk extra miles
