Talent Acquisition - Non Tech- Ecommerce/B2C/D2C STARTUPS

Bangalore based candidates and immediate joiners preferred

IC, Work with vendors, running things on their own Tech + Non tech Hiring- Non Tech heavy.

Role will eventually grow into a team lead role.

Startup industry preferred(B2C)

Salary- 25 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Exceptional TA skills (end to end) and experience across Non-Tech Roles (All Grades/Levels - Junior to Leadership)

- Tech hiring experience would be a good to have skillset

- Driviing Recruitment Strategy alongside Business Heads, function as an in house Talent Acquisition & Scaling expert

- Talent Delivery - Delivering a healthy talent pipeline towards open mandates - which includes Identifying Talent Needs, Monitoring Pipeline Status, Self Sourcing, Managing Vendors ultimately ensuring successful role closures

- Managing Partners/Vendors/Third-party agencies and building a relationship with them.

- Designing Job Descriptions and Interview questions that reflect each position's requirements and capture candidate's relevance to role & the culture

- Contribute towards Employer Branding initiatives and act as a Brand Ambassador for potential candidates.

- Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, driving referrals and mining Passive Candidates

- Recruitment Operations & Process Coordination

- Candidate Engagement: Ensuring a fullproof recruitment funnel to offer a seamless experience to candidates and eliminating offer dropouts

- Tracking, analyzing and determining & reporting effectiveness of various sourcing channels.

Ideal Personas

- 4-7 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

- Exposure to acquiring Top Talent for B2C/ D2C startups is preferred.

- Familiarity with Leading Job Portals and Alternative/Innovative Recruitment Channels (Social Media, Resume databases, Professional networks, Passive Seekers, etc)

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

- Exceptional communication competency, both oral and written.

- Strong Ownership
