Experience : 4 Yrs Relevant Exp into US IT Recruiter

US Office Timings : 6 pm to 3 am

Job Description :

- Regular Bachelor's degree required. Masters also eligible

- At-least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment supporting the Talent Acquisition/Staffing in North America.

- Thorough understanding of different sourcing methods/tools.

- Must be able to generate the volume of profiles/resumes through self sourcing.

- Experience in full time hiring is preferred.

- Good understanding of different work authorizations/VISAs in North America

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail.

- Possess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulations

- Experience planning and managing networking events or projects.

- Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information

- Able to provide the market intelligence with data and metrics.

- Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
