- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with HR partners to identify and attract top talent for various corporate functions, including finance, operations, sales, and marketing.
- You will also be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, social media outreach, and networking.

Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various corporate functions, including finance, operations, sales and marketing, and other support functions
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting resources, including staffing agencies and job boards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and tools
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
