Responsibilities:

- Investigate and determine employee needs

- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning

- Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)

- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors

- Execute employee referral programs

- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions

- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast

- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer tests etc.)

- Review employment applications and background check reports

- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement in the process

- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and culture

- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements

- Suggest measures for improving employee retention

- Attend career and college fairs, and similar events

Qualifications and requirements:

- Proven experience of 6-8 years as talent acquisition manager within the Public Relations or similar industry

- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles

- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

- Excellent communicator

- Well-organized

- A leader and strategic thinker

- Bachelors/master's in human resources or relevant field


Salary offered: 8-11LPA
