A prominent global investment management firm specializing in hedge funds, private equity, and quantitative strategies, with its headquarters in New York City, company has expanded its global presence with offices in major financial centers, including London, Hong Kong, Kansas City, Silicon Valley , Hyderabad , Bangalore ,Gurugram is seeking an accomplished candidate with a strong academic and professional background to join our innovative Talent Acquisition team based in Gurgaon or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, execute, and refine recruitment strategies for finance and enabling groups across business units.

- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

- Drive and enhance recruitment programs for global operations while streamlining existing processes.

- Ensure documentation and data are obtained and maintained to support operational efficiency and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

- MBA from a top-tier business school.

- 1-3 years of lateral/market recruitment experience.

- Solid understanding of the end-to-end lateral/market recruitment process, including sourcing across different platforms.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders.

- Ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.

- Adaptability to a highly evolved and flexible work culture.

- Proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
