Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and refine recruitment strategies for finance and enabling groups across business units.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Drive and enhance recruitment programs for global operations while streamlining existing processes.
- Ensure documentation and data are obtained and maintained to support operational efficiency and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- MBA from a top-tier business school.
- 1-3 years of lateral/market recruitment experience.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end lateral/market recruitment process, including sourcing across different platforms.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Adaptability to a highly evolved and flexible work culture.
- Proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
