Zomentum, founded in 2018 is a fast-growing Software as a Service "SaaS" focusing on the channel partners industry. There are 400M+ SMBs globally with a technology spend of $600B+. Channel partners bridge the distribution gap between SaaS providers and SMBs, hence playing a critical role in addressing the SMB technology demand. However, the Channel sales ecosystem is not built to work for SMB SaaS distribution.
Zomentum is on the mission to reinvent the SaaS distribution system to SMBs. As part of Phase 1 growth strategy, Zomentum has built a comprehensive and integrated all-in-one sales platform" that streamlines sales, quotation and procurement for Channel partners. Improving conversion rates, quote speeds and order size, the platform has had an immense impact on Channel partner's business.

Roles and Responsibilities :- Design and develop hiring strategies and processes to support the overall business strategy
- Responsible for fulfilling the headcount to support the growth trajectory of the non-tech and product functions
- Work in liaison with the management and other stakeholders functions to ensure timely onboarding of candidates
- Proactively meeting candidates and creating a healthy pipeline
- Responsible for mapping external talent pool to critical positions within the organization
- Drive the employer branding efforts
Skills Required : - Proven minimum 2+ years of work experience in scaling a non-tech team is a must
- In addition to non-tech recruiting, Experience in Tech recruiting will be a plus
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) or Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), Hiring Reports, social recruitment
- Experience in the B2B SaaS Industry is preferred
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
- Able to work under pressure to fulfill the required task
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
