Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing/Pharma

Seeking to hire a Lead TA for a manufacturing company of repute for Thane location.

The overall objective of Talent Acquisition role is to lead in various recruitment process and manage the end-to-end execution and delivery of hiring as per the Business.

End to End TA Process :

- SOP adherence towards various audit points in the TA process and conducting regular feedback sessions with new hires.

- Plan and initiate group employee induction programs for Pan India employees at corporate office.

- Supports Head PM in developing innovating sourcing strategies like market mapping of key target industries, helps in building talent pipelines with short term and long-term staffing projections."

- Coordination with the Regional HR Partners and Head People Mgt for the overall business strategy.

- Recording and Analysis of TA data

- Maintaining accurate data around all stages of recruitment and publishing timely dashboards and metrics.

- Managing Cost of Hire, through various sourcing strategies.

- Vendor Management
