Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for both tech and non-tech positions in India and globally
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer management, for assigned requisitions
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives
- Use data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, including time to fill, cost per hire, and diversity and inclusion efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding
- Work closely with other teams, including HR, Employer Branding, and Talent Management, to support the organization's talent acquisition goals
- Participate in global recruitment projects and initiatives, working collaboratively with other Talent -Acquisition team members and business partners across the organization
Ideal Candidate :
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, preferably in a global organization with both tech and non-tech recruitment experience
- MBA from Tier 1 institutions will be highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and selection techniques
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders and other business leaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
