Your Role:

As a TA Specialist, you should be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, relevant job boards, and employee referrals. Our ideal candidate has a passion for recruitment along with work experience to back it up in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, has worked in a startup environment, and has contributed to its growth phase.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

- Find relevant platforms and job boards/ channels for Non-tech hiring + Tech Hiring

- Source and screen candidates' resumes and job applications and recruit candidates by using various platforms.

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates

- Assess applicants' skills, soft skills, relevant knowledge and experience.

- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

- Ensure Candidate engagement pre and post-offer

- Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work"

- Put in place the right processes wherever required for new roles- JD, Interview Process, Salary benchmarking

- Continuously partner with recruiting team and hiring managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies

- Keep the ATS updated

- Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database

- Provide a Quarterly Overview of Trends in the Tech + Non-Tech Hiring Market


Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (at least 3 years). Experience in a startup will be positively considered

- Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working in non-tech roles

- Hands-on experience with various selection processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong decision-making skills

- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements.
