We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join client's team based at Dubai as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key player in our organization, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and assessing top-tier candidates to fuel our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Sourcing:

- Harness your expertise in utilizing various recruitment portals, including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn, and other industry-specific platforms.

- Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent pools.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to enhance sourcing methodologies.

Candidate Engagement:

- Foster relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and memorable candidate experience.

- Utilize your interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with candidates, providing them with insights into our organization's culture and opportunities.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

- Provide guidance on market trends, salary insights, and talent availability to inform hiring decisions.

Screening and Assessment:

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Leverage your keen eye for talent to identify candidates who align with our organization's values and goals.

Qualifications:

- Candidate should be qualified as MBA with specialisation in HR

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of utilising recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.

- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to on boarding.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights.
