Spectral consultants is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition specialist with one of the leading international chain schools.

Requirements :

1. Only Female Candidates required

2. Should have strong experience working with schools / Universities

3. Strong experience in team handling

Responsibilities :

1. Work closely with the senior management team to understand the hiring requirement & sourcing the best talent for Leadership positions.

2. Perform the complete recruitment cycle starting from designing the Job description till the final onboarding of the candidate.

3. Handling PAN India recruitment and presenting the weekly dashboard for the positions.

4. Should be able to manage Team size

5. Should have 10+ years of experience in recruitment.
