Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help source, screen and ensure we have qualified candidates for a variety of technical as well as functional roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, execute hiring, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- To source, interview, and select qualified candidates for our company
- Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
- Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of sourcing platforms and alternative search techniques
- Work with hiring managers to consult on hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
- Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
- Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Tech Stakeholders.
- End to end recruitment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 to 10 years of related work experience with in-house recruiting/sourcing.
- Working knowledge of Social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends.
- Ability to source tech talents, with prior experience to hire talents for Product teams.
- Experience in Volume hiring is a plus.
- Immediate Joiners will be given first preference
