Specialist - Talent Acquisition - BFSI

- Mandatory experience in handling recruitment and sourcing for Sales positions, corporate sales positions

- Sourcing of potential candidates for Sales roles & Tech/Non Tech roles

- Proactively sourcing resumes for positions which repetitive in nature

- Must have a Solution mind set. Come up with solutions for managing complex situations with stakeholders (Business & HR) and influence them in hiring decisions.

- Coordinates pre-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates and employment processing, including visas.

- Conducts employee referral campaign, Social Media campaigns and programs.

- Timely and accurate reporting - Dashboards, Ongoing and Adhoc reports.

- Experience in hiring through Social Media

- Ability to work under pressure
