Job Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Reporting To: Head - People
Location: Gurgaon
Job Description:
- Work closely with People Head, department leads and founders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Plan, design, create and release job descriptions for various positions.
- Suggest the hiring process for each role and set evaluation parameters for assessment.
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent.
- Build a pool of manpower sourcing vendors for potential hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle across levels and roles and target to hire, onboard and retain quality talent.
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from preparing before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
- Continuously collaborate with hiring managers to design, refine, and implement innovative hiring strategies.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
- Strive to bring automation in hiring through ATS, pre-boarding software etc.
- Identify, analyse, present and keep updated the hiring metrics and implement initiatives to combat/mitigate the challenges.
- Design and update policies related to hiring, onboarding, probation, referral, exit etc.
