Our client is a US based Financial firm with technology organisation in Hyderabad, India

Designation : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities for Non-IT functions (Operations group)

- Hiring for positions across levels

- Responsible for screening, sourcing, interviewing and Stakeholder management activities

- Strong in planning and reporting activities

Desired Profile :

- 2-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in Banking Captives (from MNC's)

- Strong experience in hiring for Operations roles in these firms (Bulk/Niche roles)

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from reputed colleges

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Open to look at candidates from any location, Willing to relocate to Hyderabad
