Candidate Requirement :
- Graduate / Professional Human Resources certification / MBA - (MBA preferred)
- Candidate should be well-versed with Excel & PowerPoint.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Previous experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes
- Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
About the Role :
- Work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
- Should try to achieve full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the Organization
- Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
- Use various methods to recruit and networking to identify potential candidates
- Should be well versed with Stakeholder Management
