- Spend Analysis, Category/Sub category profiling, market research and analysis,

- Do internal need analysis; external market analysis and take end user feedback.

- Use various analysis tools like Boston Box, Porters five force model, SOWT analysis etc.

- Develop sourcing strategy

- Supplier Identification, Qualification and Assessment

- Negotiate with suppliers (commercial and legal terms)

- Closely work with end users to build consensus for award of business

- Draft contracts and work with legal team to resolve supplier queries and ensure compliance to legal requirements

- Implement contracts and set mechanism to track supplier performance

- Do Supplier performance management
