Job Description :
We are looking for a passionate individual and sharp communicator who is motivated to be a part of a hyper growth startup. The individual will assist in developing inter-departmental synergies and maximizing the organization's sales potential while working with prospective businesses to build partnership that enhances digital growth across all spectrums.
Responsibilities :
- Fueling user acquisition by corporate tie-ups
- Work closely with the team to develop and grow target partners of strategic value
- Build a pipeline of opportunities for alliances that will result in incremental revenue
- Understand targeted partners and develop a unique value proposition for a relationship
- End-to-end management including negotiating commercials, scoping out business activities, and working with internal teams to drive project plans to completion, meeting the customer acquisition targets.
- Sourcing new partnerships and growing the existing accounts to achieve the month-on-month growth plans
- Build frameworks to manage and scale all partner channels
- Ensuring a steady pipeline for B2B partnerships that add value to the deal acquisition strategy
- To work on conceptualizing and executing hush visibility campaigns with brand partners across SAAS, BFSI, B2B etc..
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
- Monitoring the data and its sanity. To ensure that all the KPIs are being met.
- Good understanding of product and marketing objectives and ability to translate the same in all communication channels
- Ideate, own, and execute growth experiments that have the potential to grow and take shape of PAN India campaigns/channels of acquisition
- Ownership and Frugality are Key
Requirements :
- MBA from a good college
- Relevant industry experience of 4-8 years
- Experience in handling CXO level conversations
- Market connects and active relationships with industry leaders
- A fair understanding of the Partnerships ecosystem and know-how of things
- Fair understanding of the evolving Payment ecosystem and how to leverage it
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
