Responsibilities :

- Possess in-depth knowledge of SM channels, tools & successfully preparing SM activities for the brand

- Staying up to date with SM trends. Ideating, developing and executing SM campaigns.

- Conceptualize engagement strategies to draw more traffic to the site through SM activities

- Understanding and implementing organization's plan effectively. Post relevant content, engage with users, moderate talks on SM channels

- Regular reporting & analysis of SM activities with focus on ROI of campaigns

- Coordinate response to any & all inquiries with CRM team when required

- Coordinating with in-house Graphic Design Team for executing designs

- Proficiency in communication skills
