Specialist/ Senior Specialist - Process Design - Customer Experience

About the team:

- Design team is responsible for comprehensive suctioning, bring in new supply chain capabilities to enable new business requirements and also optimization of current SC

What you'll do:

1. Drive breakthrough projects to set new industry standards

2. Design new supply constructs to deliver to hyperlocal customers

3. Agile Last mile design with varying SLAs to customers

4. Design a city network for a customer promise

5. Optimize the current Last mile process for cost and efficiency

6. De-bottleneck day to day operation process roadblocks by collaborating with cross functional

teams involving Tech, Prod, Operations, Analytics, Retail, IT, legal, tax etc.

7. Define success metrics for projects, monitor project pilots and ascertain project success/failure.

What you'll need:

1. Thorough understanding of Last mile operations. (Experience of food delivery business is an added advantage)

2. Should be proficient in data analytics (knowledge on python, R is an added advantage)

3. Thorough understanding of lean concepts

4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

5. Should be able work under dynamic environment and should be ready to go that extra mile

6. Self-motivated and should be able to drive projects independently with minimal supervision
