Role Overview:

As a Specialist/Sr Specialist in Non-Technology Hiring, you will be at the forefront of designing, executing, and refining recruitment strategies for finance and enabling groups across business units. This high-visibility role involves end-to-end management of hiring requirements, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. You will build collaborative relationships with hiring managers, drive recruitment programs globally, and streamline existing processes. Who We're Looking For:

- MBA from a top-tier business school.

- 1-3 years of lateral/market recruitment experience.

- Solid end-to-end knowledge of the lateral/market recruitment process with expertise in sourcing across different platforms.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders.

- Ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.

- Capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture.

- Proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
