Required Exp / Skills :

- Experience in gathering and analyzing data

- Experience in application of critical thinking on data mining and reporting requests.

- Experience in Interpreting results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more complex data analysis.

- Experience in preparing and dissemination reports and presentations to provide insights, identify trends.

- Experience in offering recommendations to the management teams based on insights generated

- Experience in delivering regular and ad hoc reports to business leaders.

- Provide array of reports to business leaders while identifying advanced ways to improve the quality of talent insights through dashboards.

- Exp in applying industry best practices to boost projects and support ongoing HRIS projects

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work among a diverse workforce at different organizational levels

- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions within the team

- Ability to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
