Specialist/Senior Specialist - HR Operations - FMCG (5-10 yrs)

Summary of Role:

- To provide HR operations service in full employee cycle with managing HRIS system and remote support from hiring, onboarding, to payroll and offboarding for hub countries (including but not limited to Myanmar, Bangladesh, etc where the employee size is less than 100). Also act as an advisor to all employees on the day-to-day HR queries and processes

Qualification & Experience:

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to collaborate with different locations

- Holder of Bachelor degree/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years of work experience as HR generalist in sizable companies, preferred with Workday experience

- A good team player with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder group with differing requirements

- Good collaboration and ability to work cross functions and beyond borders

- Excellent Excel skills is a must, knowledge of macro creation will be added advantage

Responsibilities in Detail:

- Provide primary and proactive HR operation support by delivering HR expertise and services as follows:

- Align with local payroll vendors to ensure Payroll, social security contribution, etc. are managed on a timely and accurate manner

- Recruitment/Selection: Participates in the recruitment contracting meeting to align with recruitment strategy, ensuring role profiles are updated before recruitment. Ensures New Employee Onboarding process is completed for all new hires.

- Compensation: Support annual salary review process, employees- benefits analysis process, job evaluation process for all existing/new positions and salary proposals for new hires and promotions, familiar with Mercer salary data

- Performance Management: Well versed in performance management process, act as an advisor to the team on appropriate use and monitor the completeness of each review cycle (objective settings, mid-year review and year-end review). Supports in calibration review process.

- Business Partner: Proactively establishes strong working relationship with commercial operation team. Seek to understand key business issues and their impact on HR

- Supports change management process and organizational development initiatives

- HR processes: Manages all hiring and termination processes for all positions using HR checklists aligned to Global HR Compliance Framework. Utilizes Workday system to manage organization set up and the HR transactions in the system. Prepares monthly HR turnover report and updating of organization charts
