Senior Learning & Development Specialist - BFSI

- They are looking for a skilled Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to help their employees to advance their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developed training programs for employee functional & behavioral development and competency development.
- Managed capability building, talent development & leadership development programs
- Experience in programs for developing key talent and succession planning.
- Experience in training inventories like psychometric assessments, DISC etc
- Experience in OD & culture building programs
- Performed training need analysis across all business units.
- Worked with management to develop training plan and budget.
- Developed training calendar and materials for classroom training.
- Managed and maintained e-learning programs.
- Reviewed and recommended improvements to existing training programs.
- Prepared quick reference guides and workbooks for employees.
- Determined organization's training needs to meet business objectives.
- Performed quality assurance reviews of training documentations.
- Controlled training expenditures within assigned budgets.
- Developed online training documents for e-learning system & SOP for Learning processes
Key Skills Required:
- Any Graduate with 5+ years' experience of working in training & development
- Communicate frequently with departmental and executive stakeholders to understand the evolving learning and development needs of our talent pool.
- Improve associates' job-related skills; develops, maintains, and applies learning tools to encourage associate development.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements as necessary
