About the role : Specialists own the entire research process including identification of research questions, designing studies, gathering and analysing data, engaging with stakeholders and publishing and disseminating insights. This position is particularly aimed at research on startup and innovation in the deeptech space, including but not limited to AI/ML, blockchain and robotics. Key Responsibilities : 1) Identification of research topics and questions 2) Designing and pursuing research studies, in collaboration with peers. 3) Engaging with stakeholders for business development and research outreach. 4) Ensuring publication of research on relevant platforms. 5) Support startups with research inputs. 6) Ensure timely and accurate reporting on research projects. Key Skills/Abilities : 1) Strong (qualitative and quantitative) data gathering and analysis skills. 2) Sharp attention to detail and fact checking abilities. 3) Strong articulation with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 4) Well informed and engaged in startup, innovation and government/citizen technology. 5) Collaborative attitude and effective teamwork abilities. Qualification/Experience Required : 1) Post graduates in management, business or technology will be preferred. 2) Work experience in research roles of at least 3 years. 3) Research experience in fields of blockchain, robotics, AI/ML will be preferred.
