Position Title: SAP FICO Fund Management Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4-8 years

Education: Post Graduation or MBA in Finance / Accounts / Taxation

Key Skills:

- Funds Management: At least 2 to 3 end-to-end implementations and support experience, knowledge of FM derivations, and understanding of FM table data flow.

- SAP FICO: At least 4 to 7 years of work experience in SAP FICO.

- Business Process and Finance Reporting: Good understanding of business processes and finance reporting.

- Domain Experience: Background in finance, accounts, or taxation.

- English Language: Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

- Team Management: Ability to transfer knowledge and experience to other team members.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end implementation and support activities for Funds Management in SAP FICO.

- Expertise in Funds Management derivations and knowledge of Funds Management table data flow.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that Funds Management is integrated with other SAP

modules.

- Develop and maintain documentation for Funds Management processes and procedures.

- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into Funds Management performance

- Act as a subject matter expert in Funds Management, providing guidance and support to other team members.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Funds Management data by conducting data quality checks and reconciliation activities.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Funds Management and SAP FICO.

- Provide training and support to end-users of Funds Management.

- Collaborate with external auditors and provide required information and assistance.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other teams, including finance, accounting, and taxation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Funds Management and SAP FICO, as well as experience working in finance, accounting, or taxation. They should be communicative, have a strong command of the English language, and have the ability to transfer their knowledge and experience to other team members.
