Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust territory business plan leveraging face-to-face as well as digital engagements with HCPs/GPs to create a personalised omni-channel experience for our customers
- Providing a consistent, science led and value- added service for our customers to support best treatment outcomes for patients
- Using data insights and analysing sales performance to develop and deliver a comprehensive territory plan to drive value and deliver growth
- Supporting the implementation of key programs which differentiate and enhance brand`s standing in the healthcare market
- Playing an active role within the team to optimise performance and enhance the connection we have with our customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Ambition to pursue a career in sales or experience in a field-based Sales Representative role.
- Strong technology proficiency as well as being prepared and open to trial new tools and channels to engage effectively with our customers
- Proven experience and capability with therapy segments such as Dermatology, Consulting Physicians, Vaccines (preferable Adult Vaccines), Rheumatology and Premium Therapy.
- Preferred experience in Experience in launching newer innovative therapies and selling premium products.
- Experience of minimum 5 years as a medical sales representative or similar role.
