Currently we are looking for a "Light Microscope Product and Application Sales Specialist" for a leading optical products manufacturing MNC.

Job Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Supporting Account Manager: Assist the account manager by providing technical expertise for designated products and applications. This includes presenting product and application solutions to clients and crafting tailored customer solutions and value propositions within sales projects.

Demo Center Support: Collaborate with the Demo Center to formulate a demo strategy, conduct sample evaluations and demos on a case-by-case basis.

Proactive Sales Initiatives: Take a proactive approach in identifying sales opportunities, working closely with the Account Manager to drive sales for assigned products and applications while emphasizing value-based sales.

Sales Funnel Development: Actively develop a sales funnel for the specified product and application segment, challenging local sales management when necessary.

Representation and Engagement: Represent the designated product and application segment at conferences, customer workshops, publications, and webinars.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor and competitive analysis to stay informed about market dynamics.

Localization and Communication: Serve as a language and culture translator and act as a conduit for key information, including market trends, must-win opportunities, and emerging competitors, to Regional PASS/Sector/PM.

Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of specific knowledge (related to products, applications, and segments) from market sector organizations to the local PASS.

Training Initiatives: Coordinate training sessions for the Account Manager and Dealer Teams, focusing on dedicated applications and products.

Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a PhD in biotechnology, biology, or life science, or a Master's degree in biotechnology.

Experience:

- Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of industry experience.

- Candidate should be have microscopic product sales experience.
