Role details:

- Title / Designation: Revenue Operations Specialist

- Work mode: Remote

- Reporting Manager: Finance Controller

- Location: Mysore, Bangalore

Role & responsibilities:

- Maintain and update accurate and complete revenue data in NETSUITE and other systems to ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across the organization.

- Collaborate with sales teams to refine and enhance the sales process for maximum efficiency.

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key revenue performance metrics, identify areas for process improvement, and implement streamlined workflows.

- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for revenue optimization.

- Assist in revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.

- Provide insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.

- Work with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and resources to maximize revenue generation.

- Evaluate, implement, and maintain revenue-related technologies, such as NETSUITE, and analytics tools.

- Document revenue-related processes, guidelines, best practices, and also train and support team members on these processes as needed.

Candidate requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

- Familiarity with NETSUITE and SalesForce.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.

- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
