Education: Any Graduates ( MBA Full Time preferred

Key Skills :

- Experience in Delivery Recruitment, Volume hiring and BPO Recruitment.

- Good experience in Recruitment planning and allocation.

- Should have experience in recruitment metrics into Pipeline Movement, Channel Mix and Conflict Management.

- Team Handling and Stakeholder Management experience is must.

- Should have handled 200-300 volumes per quarter.
