Role Overview:

- We are currently seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Specialist(End to End Recruiter) to join our recruitment team in Gurgaon.

- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Non-IT recruitment, particularly in the Financial and Accounting (FnA) domain.

- The primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with an emphasis on stakeholder management and ensuring timely hiring of top talent.

- This role requires exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- The candidate must be based in Gurgaon with adherence to Return to Office (RTO) policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Non-IT roles, particularly in the FNA domain.

- Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to identify top-tier talent.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations with candidates and hiring teams.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status.

- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team.
