Position Title - Recruitment Specialist - India
Reporting to - Manager TA - India
Individual Contributor role
Location : Navi Mumbai
Experience : 5-8 Years
- Work on assigned job vacancies in accordance with the recruitment guidelines
- Participate in job briefing meeting to thoroughly understand the position
- Generate relevance candidate pool using various sources of recruiting including databases, social media etc.
- Keep a tab on the costs associate with recruitments
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions - Phone screening, face to face interviews
- Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skill, soft skill, experience and aptitudes
- Schedule interview with the line managers
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Generate a robust back up to ensure minimum time to refill a position in the event of drop outs.
- Ensure all relevant assessments are in place (including any cognitive and personality tests)
- Ensure all interviewers have interviewed the shortlisted candidates
- The proposed offer takes all relevant aspects into account and all relevant reference checks are in place
- The candidate is well informed and in constant touch through the selection process
- All relevant activities in the system are undertaken for generating his/her employment details
- Co-design and institutionalize a country wide onboarding program
- Identify areas of improvements and initiate projects around the same
- Review all templates and guidelines at regular intervals
- Ensure cost effectiveness and efficiencies are attained for each position
- Prepare the recruitment dashboards as may be required
- Support tracking the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions, introduces standardized terms and conditions
- for the recruitment vendors if possible
- Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
- Assist in training the new HR recruiters - on the system and process guidelines
